Before joining FTEPR, Tewodros worked with the Confederation of Ethiopian Trade Unions as well as the Global Horticulture Workers and Environmental Right Network, focussing on promoting workers’ rights in the Ethiopian horticultural sector. He has several years of professional experience in research and advocacy of labour market topics in East Africa.
